We’re Hiring! Telesales & Customer Nurturing Superstar

Are you a people person who loves connecting with others? Do you thrive on a challenge and have a knack for building relationships?

We’re a fast-growing PropTech startup, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Telesales & Customer Nurturing Specialist to join our team.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Making connections: You’ll be the voice of our company, making outbound calls to potential customers (landlords and letting agents) to introduce them to our game-changing app.

Nurturing relationships: You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our current users, ensuring they’re getting the most out of our product and are happy with our service.

Learning and growing: You’ll become an expert in the UK rental market, staying up-to-date on trends and changes.


The Perfect Fit:

Exceptional communicator: You have fantastic English skills, both written and spoken, and feel confident talking to people you’ve never met.

Tech-savvy: You’re a whiz with computers and can pick up new software quickly. You’re passionate about the technology space.

Curious and hungry: You have a desire to learn about the landlord and rental space in the UK.

Proactive and driven: You love the idea of working in a dynamic startup environment.


The Details:

This is a 100% remote, home-based role.

We’re a small, collaborative team. While remote, if you’re local to either Haywards Heath or Leamington Spa area you’ll have the chance to co-work as we have multiple team members in these locations.

This is a contractor role (self-employed). We’ll provide you with a legally binding contract, but you will be responsible for invoicing us and managing your own taxes.
